Control development
Existing situation: A manufacturer of digital printing machines used third-party drive systems for his machines. The goal was to develop an own drive system.
Our solution: In collaboration with with the manufacturer of the printing machines we created a concept for the production of an own drive system that is based on components of Bosch Rexroth. The machine manufacturer developped the mechanics of the drive while the Thurmatik GmbH developped the control, installed the electrical components and created the operator program.
Result: The manufacturer of the printing machines now has a self developped and produced drive system for his machines on his disposal. He is no longer dependent on products of third-party suppliers.
